Health Base en KNMP winnen FIP Award: eerste prijs voor poster 'Clinical decision rules'

Tijdens het FIP World Congress of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences 2014 in Bangkok hebben Health Base en de KNMP de eerste prijs gewonnen binnen de Community Pharmacy Section van de FIP voor de poster 'Clinical decision rules in the Netherlands: alerting at the right time to decrease drug related problems.'
