Field Safety Notice: Vygon RECALL 20ml Vygon Nutrisafe C-GON Enteral syringes

We have identified a non-systematic mix up of Enteral syringes in the same box for specific lot G86291-2. In the same box, we have found 20 ml Vygon Nutrisafe C-GON enteral syringes and 20ml Baxter Oral/Enteral syringes CE0086. These syringes cannot be connected to our Nutrisafe devices.
