Field Safety Notice: Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics, VERSANT kPCR Molecular System Sample Preparation

Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics is sending this communication to alert customers of a problem with the barcode labels on the recent lot of reagent troughs lot 554159 used with the Sample Preparation 1.2 Assay. An error is generated when the system scans the reagent trough labels and the Sample Prep 1.2 protocols cannot be successfully initiated.
