Field Safety Notice: Radiometer - AQURE System (below version 2.1) using FLEXLINK

Radiometer has recently become aware that there is a potential problem relating to AQURE with FLEXLINK. The problem is that a sample result for a current patient may be linked to a patient who was admitted to the hospital more than two years ago. This may ultimately result in a delayed treatment of the currently admitted patient.
