Field Safety Notice: Siemens - VERSANT kPCR Molecular System

Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics is sending this communication to customers who use the VERSANT kPCR Molecular System to run the applications listed above to alert them to an unintended behavior of the system’s result-generation software. This issue involves reporting of an assay result where the Internal Control for that well is invalid due to a No Baseline error. This defect only affects the Siemens IVD assays (as listed).
