Osteogenics Biomedical is performing a field safety corrective action for lot # 47295 of Cytoplast Titanium-Reinforced Posterior Singles Membranes that were distrlbuted from 07/28/2016 to 08/09/2016. We have received reports of the membranes belng packaged in the wrong product box, a Cytoplast Titanium-Reinforced Posterior Singles T2 box.
