Microvasculaire dysfunctie voor het eerst bij HFpEF aangetoond

PROMIS-HFpEF is de eerste prospectieve multicenter, internationale studie, die een hoge prevalentie van coronaire microvasculaire dysfunctie (CMD) bij HFpEF heeft gevonden in afwezigheid van niet-gevasculariseerd macrovasculair coronair vaatlijden. Gelijktijdig met de presentatie van prof. Carolyn Lam (Singapore) verschenen de uitkomsten in het European Heart Journal.
